About Me

Marufa Hoque is a freelance editor and sensitivity reader with a certificate in Literary Representation from UCLA. A former teacher at a Muslim girls’ private school, she now writes fantastical stories with unapologetic practicing Muslims. She loves all things arts and crafts, browsing bookstores and libraries, and attempting spicy South Asian-fusion dishes. She currently lives in New York City working on her novel.
